All tools on this website are CLIENT-SIDE ONLY:
- Calculators (rent, deposit, settlement, DTPA) - calculations happen in your browser
- Letter generators - letters are created on your device, not our servers
- Trackers (maintenance, rent, utilities) - data is saved to YOUR device's local storage only
- Photo tools - images never leave your device
- Checklists - your progress is saved locally on your device
- Timelines - all data stays in your browser
When you use any tool on this website, the processing happens entirely within your web browser using JavaScript. We have no servers that receive, process, or store your inputs. When you close your browser or clear your data, any locally-stored information is deleted from your device.
What We Do NOT Collect
We have NO access to:
- Your name, email, phone number, or address
- Your unit number or lease information
- Photos or documents you process with our tools
- Calculations you perform
- Letters or documents you generate
- Your maintenance logs or issue tracking

Contact & Intake Forms (Third-Party Service)
Important: Contact Forms Use a Third-Party Service
If you choose to submit a contact form, join form, or report form, that submission is processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a third-party service. We do not operate, control, or have administrative access to Formspree's systems. We only receive email notifications of submissions - we do not store form data on any systems we own or control.
Contact form submissions are entirely optional. You can use all the tools, calculators, and resources on this website without ever submitting a form. If you prefer not to use the contact forms, you can email us directly at the address shown on our contact page, which goes to a standard Gmail account not connected to this website.
No Server-Side Data Storage
This website is a static website hosted on Vercel. It consists only of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript files that are delivered to your browser. There is:
- No database connected to this website
- No server-side code processing your requests
- No user accounts or login systems
- No cookies for tracking purposes
- No analytics services collecting data
- No advertising networks
The website operators do not have access to any backend systems that could contain your data because no such systems exist for this website.
Browser Local Storage
