Our Story
About the Sylvan Thirty Tenant Association
We are a resident-led organization advocating for better living conditions, transparent communication, and tenant rights at the Lofts at Sylvan Thirty.
Our Mission
Empowering Tenants Through Knowledge and Collective Action
The Sylvan Thirty Tenant Association was formed by residents who recognized that individual complaints were being ignored while building conditions continued to decline.
Our mission is to empower every resident with knowledge of their legal rights, provide resources for documenting and reporting issues, and create a unified voice that property management cannot ignore.
We operate independently of building management and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sylvan Thirty ownership or any related entities.
What We Do
- Educate residents about Texas tenant rights and property code protections
- Host monthly meetings on the first Thursday at 7 PM
- Provide tools for you to document issues privately on your own device
- Connect residents with legal aid and community resources
