habitability as defined under Texas Property Code Section 92.052.

- The tenant is not delinquent in rent at the time notice is given
- The condition materially affects physical health or safety

I hereby request that you remedy these conditions within seven (7) days.
Please be advised that I am documenting this issue with photos and will
provide copies to relevant authorities if necessary.

Failure to address these habitability concerns may result in:
- Filing complaints with Dallas Code Compliance
- Contacting the Dallas Health Department
- Seeking legal remedies under Texas Property Code Section 92.056
